Customer Service
MFG online customer service allows
authorized users at your location to log supports requests, track existing
support requests, and status ongoing projects. Once a request
is logged, our support staff will be alerted and the appropriate support
representative will respond.
The customer service module requires an
auto-loading plug-in which currently works with Internet Explorer or Netscape.
